Just finished an On-site Feng Shui Audit, stepped into the car and received a text message from James with a map attached.
James has his condominium audited last year by us, and now he wants to purchase a landed property, this makes our day.
However, the house which he is interested concern us a little.
There are a few rules in choosing our new home.
Not to live near a prison is one of them.
The implication for this is that certain period of our future (career or movement) will be confined, restricted; people we meet maybe not of good character or intentions, etc.
Don't be lured by the low selling price of houses that are near to the prison, don't be penny wise and pound foolish.
