“Thomas, I need you to replace the missing light bulb and repair the freaking light in your living room and master bedroom ASAP...”
It is the third time in a row Thomas has been passed over for promotion. Lying in bed still awake in the wee hours of the night, pondering what has gone wrong. Anguished, demoralised and miserable, Thomas needs a solution.
Thomas leads a sales team; he is unable to recruit good self-motivated, sales driven, mature and responsible personnel for growing his team. He constantly has to spoon-feed his staff, and it is draining his time and energy. Always missing the sales target by a margin, Thomas is crushed and disheartened.
While having café with his ex-teammate Judy, Thomas learned about her smooth promotion for the past two years after seeking advice from us and Thomas decided to give Feng Shui a shot.
When we were in his house, we realised that the lighting in the living room and master bedroom are not working or missing a bulb. We asked him about his career, staffing, any issue with his joints and legs? Thomas was surprised that we seem to be able to pinpoint all his issues spot-on.
