Common Sense (Part 3)

Updated: Apr 26, 2020

“Hamid, can I request you put your index finger under your nose? Do you find it difficult to breathe?” I asked.

Hamid is the proud owner of a Muslim Resturant. He had a Feng Shui Master audited his restaurant two years ago when the restaurant opened and was advised to block up an entrance closer to the escalator leading to his restaurant and direct the customer to another entry 12 meters away.

Writing this article is not to claim we are better than other Feng Shui Consultants but to point out that Feng Shui is a tool, do not let Feng Shui dictate you. Most of the time Feng Shui is also common Sense.

“Yes, Master, it is much more difficult to breathe.”Claimed Hamid.

Imagine your nose is the entrance to your shop, will you block your nose? Hence for the same reason, do not block your access? When air does not go into your store, customers will also not.

Quotes of the day:

Keep your face always toward the sunshine - and shadows will fall behind you.
