We met a Super Car Sales Person during a networking dinner and out of curiosity I asked him, “How many percents of your customers bid for a nice car plate number or retain their nice car plate number?”

He replied, “Most customers in my company would either bid or retain the numbers, I would say 90% unless the buyer is a foreigner.”

I wouldn’t be surprised at the answer, would you? If you are going to fork out over S$300K for a ride (and that is just the entry level), you better accompanied it with an excellent auspicious number. Afterall it is a very dear investment by anyone standard.

Now come to think of the typical investment a newlywed couple would do. Yes, buying a matrimony house is a standard thing and I heard that some guys actually propose by saying “shall we go and book a BTO together?” (We shall leave the debate for best original proposal line for another day.)

The entry level for a 5 room BTO is also above S$300K and to nobody surprise, 90% of the buyers never even seek an environmental consultant to analysis their purchase, give an opinion before committing and pledging a repayment period of 30 years hard earn money.

Apart from a few ignorant that think Feng Shui is Taoism and is against their faith, which we know is not true because Feng Shui is not a religion but an environmental study. Most will think Feng Shui is costly.

Yes, we are not cheap but compare to S$300k + 30 years of interest, our fee is a peanut. Especially when we are able to address all the missing corners in a BTO and the outdoor space blockage most new BTO have. Providing you with a harmonised, healthy and prosperous living house at a fraction of your house. You go do the math.
